The guesthouse is furnished with a mixture of traditional and more modern furniture,
and an eclectic mixture of art on the walls. There are 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a kitchen/dining room,
a lounge and a large shaded patio for al fresco living.

Upper Level
On the main level, there’s a well equipped modern holiday kitchen with large dining table, a small lounge area in front of the fireplace and spiral staircase up to a mezzanine balcony.
On this level you'll also find 2 good sized bedrooms (1 double, 1 twin) and a shared bathroom. Outside, is a large covered patio, and another dining table for al fresco living in the hot summer months. There's a fridge outside for keeping your beer and wine cool. |
Downstairs
Downstairs, is a lovely place to relax during the heat of the day. But with some much to do down at the pool, or out and about exploring Umbria,
There's a large lounge, with plenty of comfortable seating, a TV and another twin bedroom which can also be set up as a double bed. There's also a second (ensuite) bathroom for maximum convenience. Finally, there is also a modern tower apartment, to complement the facilities of the farmhouse, which can be rented alongside the main villa depending on the size of your party. |
Garden and Farm
Beautiful gardens surround the guesthouse and lead the guests down past the farmhouse to the swimming pool and ponds. There’s a woodfired BBQ and pizza oven outhouse in the garden, and a shower by the pool.
Beyond the gardens is the farm, which you are welcome to explore. There are olives and vines, vegetable patches and fruit orchards. There’s a chicken coup and a 12 hole pitch and put style golf course, ingeniously designed around 3 greens and 7 tees. A great oak with treehouse also sits in the grounds. |
